how can I fix this problem?

when I watch videos on facebook a lot my computer after a while stops letting me watch videos on facebook all together. so then I have to reset my whole computer to before it started lagging. is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Disable and enable the plugin and check..

(1)Go to control panel and go to program and features and uninstall existing adobe player
and adobe flash player active x both (if any).... then select correct windows version flash player for internet explorer or other browsers from here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherve…

(2)and reinstall silverlight http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/…

(3) if problem persist update your graphic drivers..
