My ex's new gf won't take my kid's pictures off her facebook?

My ex, who is also the father of my two kids, has a new girlfriend who has pictures of my kids on her facebook, which is open, which means anyone can see my kids pictures if they wish. I am a very private person and to be perfectly honest, I find it a little creepy that she has them on there. I don't even have pictures of my kids on MY facebook. I've asked him to ask her to take them down, and he says he will, but he also says he doesn't see what the big deal is. I know he doesn't say anything because he doesn't want to rock the boat. I've reported the pictures to facebook under the description, "these do not have my permission to be online" and facebook does nothing. I've messaged her and don't get any response. Is there anything I can do legally i.e. filing a police report, something along those lines? Thank you in advance.

No, she is within her rights if she has permission from your ex to post the pictures. I understand what you are saying though. If someone put pictures of my on Facebook without my permission, I would be quite upset.
