Adding people as family member on facebook?

so basically I friended my dance instructor and I was looking at her "about me" page and under family she has her sister, daughter, husband, and when I got to the bottom I saw that I was on the list but with no "niece, sister, daughter" label, just my name and picture on her family member list. I was never notified that she added me as her family and I'm not sure why should would? Do you think it was an accident on her part? and why wasn't I notified?

That's weird, Facebook does notice whenever someone adds you in their family list, whether to approve it or dismiss it, and what's weirder is that there's no label above the name...
idk, but take a look at your notifications, she have sent you a request and you didn't see it

She May have Added it And Maybe you Didint Get it Or you Denied it and Dont Remember Doing it It Wont List Your Picture on There unless you Approve it It Will Just Show your Name With a Blank Picture
