When someone goes offline to you, can they still appear as "on mobile"?
I've never seen them as anything other than on mobile/ active now, so if they were to go offline, would it say they were still on mobile, or would it say they were completely offline?

I meant if they did the "Go offline to..." option but were still online

It will show to you as on mobile even after sign out but for a few seconds. After that it will show offline.

If they have the mobile app then yes they would still appear online if not then it would be offline.

No They Can Not if They Go Offline to you Than You Cant See Them As Online At All Not Even Mobile
