Anyone know what this app is? 10 pts for answer!!!!?

So a lot of people on tumblr and instagram make these collages and I don't know what app they use, but they always say "don't ask what app it is I wont say". I'm wondering what it is and if I can buy it on the apple app store. Here's a picture of one of the collages if that helps-

Firstly, go onto a website called 'Muzy.com' and choose photo box.

Click on the box style you want, then choose one of the boxes and insert a photo in one of the many options it gives you. You can use webcam, upload them ect....

Once you have done that, Save it to your computer.

Then use an app called picmonkey.

and follow the steps to upload your photo. You click on 'edit a photo' at the top. Choose the text button where you can choose from many fonts to write on your photo.

Then you save that to your computer and there you go.

I dont think you can download these apps on the App Store but they definately work on a computer. Also they will not work on Safari as you need flash player, which is not compatible with an Iphone/Ipad
