How do I delete my facebook search history?

I've already done the delete search history under my account, but my recent searches still show up. I have searched a few naughty sites that would be totally embarrassing if someone saw.

I also tried using my facebook account on a different browser and the same exact searches come up, although I have not tried a different computer, is there any way to hide my searches?

Also, I've tried to hide my suspicious searches by searching other pages with similar spelling, but the search I want to remove/hide still stays at the top search.

Lastly, I read that changing the language of my account should work, it didnt.
I already tried doing the activity log and deleting searches. It says that its clear, but the searches still show up.

To Delete the SEARCH HISTORY is very simple & easy. Follow the following steps.

1. Go to your time line page
2. click on ACTIVITY LOG
3. at left hand side menu click on SEARCH MENU
4. at the top of the page you will find the CLEAR SEARCHES
