Who is this person? Should I be concerned?

This random girl tried adding me on Facebook. I normally don't add people I don't know on facebook, however I seen she was friends of all my friends and friends with my parents, also she was pretty hot. I went ahead and added her. She texted me on facebook and told me she thinks I am cute and she likes my profile picture. She wanted me to text her on her phone, however her area code was an odd number. I am used to a 503 or 971 area code, hers was a 714 area code.

I asked all my friends if they knew her, and they said they didn't know her. I asked my parents if they knew her, they did not. One of my friends was supposed to meet up with her this weekend, despite not knowing her outside of facebook. I told her she is stupid for doing that.

She has only 1 picture of her and nothing posted on her wall. Should I be concerned?

She wanted me to text her phone. I told her my phone was out of service. I don't know her, I don't want some creepy guy tracking my phone.
