How to change this in a Facebook Page?

I keep on seeing this (the one with the red box on the photo) whenever i go to that Facebook page.
How can I change that? Is there an option for that? How can post as the name of the page and not my name on Facebook?
I'm an admin there but I don't own the page.
I never posted anything because I'm new to that page.

Can you help me please?

Im admin in pages like a lot. You really cant change your admin position..you can just comment reply or likes to those likers! (Sorry for my wrong grammar i had my other languange) only Owner can change your admin position.
