Can I still see the user's public postings and send message with another facebook account if blocked?
A best friend of mine just recently got so upset with me that she decided to block me from her facebook account. Now, I don't really care to actively engage in her facebook activity. I just want to be able to see what sort of conversation she is having and junks. Plus, can I also sender a message even if I am not in her friend's list? Just curious.

If you create another facebook account, (one which she hasn't blocked) then you will be able to see her posts if she hasn't got strong privacy settings and send her a message. You will not be able to send her a message from the account that she has blocked.
