My Yahoo mail does not work properly?

When I can get it to "work", it does so VERY slowly. I have 2 different accounts (one small business) and it fails to load my second account, fails to load emails, fails to move emails to folders, forget about attaching anything. You name it, it just kind of craps out. I recently bought a new 64 bit computer. Could this be a problem? I'm ready to find a new website provider and business email accounts.
