I wanna stop using instagram is their a way too... (Best answer gets 5)?
Like I don't want to delete my account but I just wanna restrict myself from using it, I'm getting to addicted to it and I wanna like make it where I can't use the app or is their a way to put a code in first to use the app. I don't wanna delete my account I just wanna stop using the app in general but keep my account. How do I do that on my iPhone.

couldnt you just delete the app? i believe that your accound would still be there if you wanted to re download the app and use instagram again on that same account
