Go to edit profile and check a privacy option under your birth day option. There is the option to what you can do and what fb allow.

Goto your timeline
Click on ABOUT option, your information will be displayed.
Scroll down, check your basic information, you will see an EDIT option next to it on right side.
Just click on EDIT, a menu will open.
Next to your birthday option, there is an arrow ^ (upside down) click on it and select public.
save the changes.
