i have seen profiles where their friend- and message button is gone,
but i can' get that for my profile too. it's not in privacy settings, i've looked all over.
Syberious not what i asked at all.
i guess you don't understand..........
when strangers look at my profile (i say profile, not wall, because they can't see my wall before i have approved them), when they look at my profile there is a message button and befriend button. i want it gone. i have seen other people have it that way.

It will not disappear for you on your own page, just for others.

You Can Not Turn Off your Messages Anymore the Closest Thing you Can Do is Set it So That messages Go to your Other Folder To Do This Click on the Lock Than Click on Who can Contact Me and Select Strict Filtering
