I can't access any of my Facebook pages.?

I admin a page called The Fish Born with Glass Bones and Paper Skin, and I can't go to the page. I have typed it in to go to it, I have done the "Post as your page" option, I just simply type in the URL, and when it goes to the page, there's just nothing there. It's a white page. If I type it in the FB Search Bar, it just loads. And loads. If I 'Post as' one of my other pages, I can go to The Fish, and if I use the Fish, I can go to other pages. But I can't visit the page I'm posting as.

I've restarted my internet, I've logged out and back in, I've changed browsers... Nothing is working.
The page is online. It's up and everything.
I asked the page manager if he could access it, and it's up.

Either The page is Temporary Offline For Site Work and may Come Back Later on or The Page has Been Deleted
