Why do I have to click "see all" to view my "about me" on Facebook?

I'm talking about the bit where you write about yourself, when I have it set for the public to view. When I click "view as" it doesn't show it but you have to click "see all" to view the about me.

I want it to appear right away for people to read, but some people probably wouldn't think the click the "see all" to see it.

Try to shorten the words,
then only people would see all of it right away or else you will have to use some thing in the beginning like "click see more"......! or make the things you write pretty impressive so that the people would start reading it...!!
