When I liked something on facebook, a massage sent to all of my friend that me like something,
How can I disable it, so nobody can see what I liked on facebook?

You have to go to your likes and there will be a little pencil icon to the right to "edit".
Click it and click on "Edit privacy". Then you can make all the "like" sections available to just you or whatever privacy setting you wish.
