How many people see FB posts?
Im not talking about those posts that you have to pay to promote or anything. Im talking about those times when you just post something for fun, like how many people see that? Theres this one guy I occasionally see stuff from in the news feed and I never like his posts or even "know" him in real life (we went to high school together a long time ago, weren't even real friends)

So I wonder how many random people are seeing the stuff I post? Any specific formula for figuring this out?
Thanks for the replies guys, I think I should have worded this differently though. I know about privacy settings and stuff like that, what I want to know is a rough estimate of how many people see it if I make the post "public" and do not pay FB anything to promote it?

As far as I know, you can choose groups of people that can see it, like when you see the bar at the bottom of the post field that says "private", "friends", "everyone", etc... Not sure if you can block certain people from seeing that, but you can "defriend" him or unsubscribe from his posts

regarding the answer the other person said

I do know the one thing if you see anyone that do do not lie and they say things you dislike and you block them they no longer see anything you post and you lo longer see anything they post and they can no longer find you if they search for you on face book

I do this a lot I have 60 on my blocked list right now - I get Trolled all the time on a lot of pages (I am lesbian)

I know that - I was just adding to that I don't know a count statistic analysis - that would require some sort of java code I think
