How long should I wait until my posts shows on hashtags ?

When I write a post and tag the hashtags (xxxxxx) then go to: http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/xxxxxx I can't find my post!
I looked for answers and knew that new tumblr users' posts can't be shown in the hashtag before a period of time
so how long should I wait ??? help me please and thank you everyone

It shouldn't take that long but there isn't really an open issue about how the tag tracking takes time. Remember that the only first five tags are the ones that gets tracked.

I remember a friend of mine tagging me with my username, but when I looked at the tag of my username, it's still not there. So, I went to her blog and added the usual "tagged/xxxxx" and it came up.

So, it's there. It's just taking quiet bit of time.
