What pictures are legal to use for a cover photo on facebook?
So there's this picture that I want to use and edit as a part of my facebook cover photo. The most original image that I could find is a place where you can download it as a wallpaper. This still wouldn't make it legal to edit as my facebook cover though, right?

You Can Use Any Photo From a Facebook Cover Site And Any Photo Thats Not Protected By Copyright
