When I tag my Instagram photo with tags from tagsforlikes I'm not getting any likes?

Whenever I go back to a photo I uploaded on Instagram to add hash tags from a website called tagsforlikes my picture doesn't get any likes. It's not all my photos that this happens to. I've tried deleting tags on a photo that did get likes from the tags and re tagging them again but then it doesn't get likes. Does anyone know why and how to solve it?

3 things that should help:

1. Make sure your account is not private and that you have pasted all the tags correctly as displayed in our app/site.

2. Make sure you only have 30 tags or less in each picture. You cannot add more than 30 tags.

3. Also note that you can only use any tag category once per picture. Example: If you use the most popular tag block, you cannot expect to get more likes if you delete the comment with tags and add a different tag block.

If none of those help Instagram has been having some issues lately. I've heard reports from many TFL users as well as in online forums that tags haven't been working. At the same time for many users it still works. Sometimes deleting the picture and trying to upload it again with tags after an hour or so makes it work again.
