How many Instagram flags until the pic is taken down?
Do you know? A disgusting photo of a cat being mutililated is on an instagram and im trying to get it taken down, how many?

I don't believe there is an exact number - it's just however many it takes for Instagram to notice it. So a lot in a short period of time is perfect. Just as many as possible - more than 50 would most likely be effective, more than 125 will probably most definitely get it taken down.
