you cant. facebook and twiter have a huge hash code of security that is almost impossible to intrude. of course there are easiest methods of what u want to accomplish and unfortunately thats against the law to do it or for me to share it with you.

EDIT: no page in the internet can explain you how to hack someone in a social site. and most pages contain viruses and especially the ones that want you to download executable files
