Instagram New Video Option Help!?

So there is this new hype about instagram having this new video option, sort of like vine which i'm sure instagram saw how much popular vine was getting and made their own video option.

Now i don't have this option, i have instagram but not the video option like some others have, but there a lot of others who can't find it as well. I use instagram on samsung galaxy tablet and i was wondering would they have this option for my tablet?

i know people also say something about upgrading but on my google play where i download apps and upgrade the ones i have there isn't an option in instagram. It's either "uninstall" or "open" i tried uninstalling it to see maybe if it will show up but still nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or is this video option only allowed for iphones and android phones and such things?

Plus i can't play peoples instagram videos on my tablet, i can however watch them on the computer which is annoying.

Some android phones and tablets do not work yet with the video. My phone doesnt work either.
