I’m not proud of it, but I THINK I get it.

Mickey, without any ears, is about to pop the balloon which will cause the weight to fall and cause his…to be hit. Extremely hard, I assume. Once it does, he magically has ears! I believe that because his… were hit from beneath, it sent his…to the top of his head.

It’s a bad joke. Horrible, actually.
