Are questions on formspring totally anonymous even if your email is linked to the account?
I recently asked someone a question (she's the sister of a guy I like) It took forever for her to respond, so I gave up hope. I just got an email notification and it FREAKED ME OUT. If she knows my email, she knows who I am.. Does Formspring send the email notification? And is my Q still anon with this turned on?

Yes. You're fine. If you chose anonymous, you remain so. You just get notifications.
