Instagram DOESN'T download on my Android >:/?

OK so I download it, then in the end of the download it says "instagram could not be downloaded due to an error. (504)" WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? WHAT CAN I DO? AND yes i tried it with Wifi ON and OFF.

Go to settings, accounts and remove your Google account. Then, add it again. That's it! It worked for me! If that doesn't work try rebooting the phone and trying it again! Alternatively, go to settings, applications, manage apps, all, and clear the data for Google play store and Google services framework. Then try again. Good luck!
