my fbook won't upload a video?

so i filmed a video through movie maker and it won't upload it on fbook. No its not too long or whatever. So, i tried publishing my video by pressing the button ''publish in fbook'' in movie maker and it says: sorry you don't have the appropriete permissions to publish to the location. use ''manage services to adjust your publishing permissions'' ANY IDEAS OF WHAT I SHOULD DO?

It Mite Be Some Kind of Restriction of the Program or Something on your Computer Try Saving the Windows Movie Maker Video Direct to your Computer and Than Go to Facebook and Upload it Direct On There Dont Do it Through the Program Tho Do it On Facebook
