How can I get more views on my mixtape (not spam)?

I am a producer who put up a mixtape on DatPiff featuring the hottest local MC's rapping over my beats. But I can't really swing 50 bucks to get it sponsored, but it's good enough that if it was a free download, it would get big real fast. How can I promote it better? And I already tried thru twitter and facebook, no results.

Here's an idea for ya- hand out physical cd's in the hood instead of uploading music to "datpiff". that website is where garbage 14 year old rappers upload the music they recorded with a walkie talkie. There is a vast expanse of god awful music on the internet. That's why if you're real you'll take the time to make cd's and pass em out to real people.
