Obviously on facebook lol. I'm confused though. Its got a bunch of options for the photo...I was going to choose 'ignore', but idk what any of it does since I've never been reported for anything. Kind of ridiculous over a bad drawing that wasn't even full blown explicit just very suggestive. Anyway, whats to happen if I simply ignore the report?

I would expect nothing to happen if you delete the photo and be on with it. Even
if you don't delete it, Facebook admins probably don't really have the time or need to
specifically check YOU (out of millions of millions of FB users) for inappropriate content.
Just to be safe I'd delete it.
