Facebook Voice Messages sent to me do not Play?

I have been using facebook voice messages for a long time now on google chrome but they have suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason on Monday 26th August at around 13:00.

When I click on them, they only show the voice message loading and I wait for minutes but the voice note is not working. They all worked before.

Is the problem with facebook or my browser or my computer? (please, the answer to this question is very important to me. I need to know where the problem came from)

Please help me? Voice messages through facebook are the main ways me and my friend talk, so can I please get an answer to this immediately? I'll give 5 stars to an answer that works.

Check your cables and plugs make sure that no leads have got caught under a chair etc. wiggle the cables to see if they chort out it could be they have broken buy new ones, this is all I can help you with
