How can I know this person?
I had an E-mail from Facebook today that in it the following text

Hi Abadeer,
We detected a login into your account from an unrecognized device on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 6:30am.
Operating System: Windows 8
Browser: Chrome
Location: Giza, GZ, EG (IP=197.161.199.188)
So I want to know who is this person that opened my Facebook account
PLZ help?

Well, before wanting to know who, I'd be changing both my Facebook password and the email password that you use for that account.

Do you know anybody from Egypt? I tried to search online and it said the IP belongs to EGYPT, AL QAHIRAH, CAIRO.

Maybe you can try to contact Facebook support team see if they can investigate.
