How can you block just one person from seeing a certain Facebook post?
I am doing a portrait drawing of my voice teacher for her birthday and I would like to post progress pix on Facebook, but I don't want her to see it until I show it to her in person.

Add him in block list, by this he will be your friend but unable to see your posts.

Before posting photos you should change the audience of that post. Click on the audience selector tool (saying "Public") besides post button select custom and add her name to the hide from these people field then she wont see that post.
