Should I be concerned about this guy on Facebook?
There's this one guy who is on Facebook who I find really weird. He sent me a friend request soon after I got Facebook and set up my account and I rejected, because I didn't know him. Then now, a couple months later, I went through my mom's friend list and I saw him on there! It seems like he adds everybody randomly. I find this very weird and suspicious. Then I googled him and there was no results (which is weird considering he has Facebook and it almost always shows up on Google). I even visited his profile once and it seems like he has liked a lot of pages on Facebook about sex and porn and other stuff. He has a few things on his timeline/wall, but now there's suddenly NOTHING on there (probably due to the fact that he apparently changed the privacy settings of the account)! Should I be concerned or just tell my mom to unfriend him and carry on?

You have the right to be concerned, especially when dealing with strangers on Facebook. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, but I would definitely block him that way he can no longer contact you or find you on Facebook. It's always good to be safe.
