How to get google play on android please help!?

Okay please help me. I just got an android ziki tablet yesterday for my birthday and i have the amazon app store and my friend wants me to get instagram but its not in the amazon app store. And i get get google play store from the amazon app store and thats where i have to get instagram. Heres what it says "you havent accessed the google play store app (the white shopping bag icon) on your device with this email account. So please tell me what to do Thanks!! Please help
