well, considering that your internet is working fine, in my experience there can be two problems with your facebook. One if very predictable that is your browser. If you have an old version of your web browser, you can update it and then can try the facebook. Another reason that may sound weird but it does happen. Please verify that the time and date of your computer is adjusted right. If your computer has set the date in some earlier years it may cause a conflict with the date of the site that can prevent it to function properly.
