How can you create an automated Facebook wall posting for a particular person or group of people?

I work for a school that offers short-term courses on international affairs for students who normally study at other institutions. Whenever we admit a new student, it would be great if there was some sort of automated way that the person could post something to their Facebook wall (i.e. "I have just been accepted to study SAMPLE TOPIC at the SAMPLE SCHOOL during the Spring 2014 semester").

Does that type of functionality exist? Is there a way that we could send out some type of message, or generate a link that could be sent to recently accepted students, which would allow them to easily post something to their FB sharing information about the course into which they've just been accepted?

such a "feature" would be abused by people trying to advertise things without permission (spamming)

which is exactly what you want to do, right?

facebook doesnt let you automate anything for this very reason
