candy crush won't connect to facebook?

I'll go onto candy crush with internet access on and it won't connect to facebook. It loads, gos to a facebook loading screen, goes back to the CC loading screen then will crash (?) and go back to the ipod menu screens. Sometimes it goes CC-FB-CC-FB-CC and then crash.

Maybe its the device. I've always had troubles playing on my ipod, somedays it will connect flawlessly, sometimes it won't connect no matter how hard I try, but mostly it takes me 3-5 tries to get that stupid app to connect. Then on my iphone it always connects easily. I've found that candy crush is impossible to connect on a few devices, and theres not much you can do about it. Maybe try updating the app if there is one, close background apps, reinstall it, there really isn't a lot you can do.
