How can I uninstall the Facebook app?

I have just bought a lg Optimus l9 and I don't know how to uninstall the Facebook app it says it can't be uninstall but I how can I really erase it for good?

After signing into Facebook , do the following steps :
1. Click on “Settings & Privacy” (Bottom) .
2. Click on “Apps” to view the apps you’ve authorized .
3. Click on an app name .
4. Click on “Remove [App Name]”
5. In next page click on Remove to confirm .
Repeat this process to remove all the apps/ games you no longer use on a regular basis. Here is direct link to your apps list page .
