No, you can only choose for them to see mutual or all friends.

I am not aware of how to select and choose, I only know you can make the friends list for me only etc, however it doesn't always hep because FB still shows mutual friends no matter what you do, which kind of defeats the purpose if you all have mutual friends. We found this out when my younger niece wanted FB but we found out their privacy and security measures were basically defeated by the mutual friends feature which I have not found a way to turn off.
