How to access apps from a smartphone that are blocked on a school internet connection?
I'm trying to access apps like Instagram and Snapchat from my school internet connection but I don't know how because they are blocked. Is there any way to access the?

Nope, unless you use your own connection because you are paying for a service for your smartphone therefore you have your internet to use.
Now if you have an iPod and are using the school's wifi then no, there is not. Ads |

The proxy of the education department's internet is blocking access. There are ways to bypass, but they are illegal and can get you charge with attempting to hack a government runned proxy.
