want to buy tab but confused.?

i am searching a good tab in the range of 4500-6500 with internet connectivity, where i can read books and do other necessary stuffs. i don't want calling feature. i know there is tab like hcl me u1, hcl me u2, iball 6318i etc but i am confused about which one would be the best with good battery life also. and also need explanation on wi fi and dongle. what are those ? can i connect my samsung s3310 with anyone of these tabs for internet if not then what to do ? how much is a wi fi? after buying a wi fi what to do ? plz explain all those things and also mention a good tab in my range. best answer full points. thank u.
