I keep getting messages in my email , supposedly from facebook. It states " do you know x, y and z "?
And invites me to contact them on facebook. As I dont have a facebook account, is this some sort of scam.

It's just a stupid ad. You can block the ads I think in settings

Its Probably a Facebook Invitation From your Friends Just Delete it If you Dont Want to Make A Facebook Account

If you know the email has no relevance to you then why not do the obvious thing and delete it instead of asking on here to get a simple answer. And its not a scam, its just a way of them to encourage you to go and visit Facebook and create an account.
