Facebook Security Question?

Recently, my facebook has been showing active sessions from Texas and Indiana, but I live in neither of these states. I know that this problem can be due to using a mobile device because the IP address is approximated, but I don't use a phone for anything internet related. So I'm concerned that it is a hacker, but not sure because when I log in on my own computer facebook says that the current session is from Texas. I change my password frequently and end all of the suspicious activities. Anyone know what might be going on or if anything else needs to be done to solve it?

This shows that your Facebook account had been hacked by someone else and you did the correct thing by changing your password and ending all suspicious activities.
