Do you ever notice how Facebook has caused every day conversation and confrontation to be so impersonal these days? For example, let's say someone is upset with you. In the old days they would just tell you up front they are upset with you verbally by phone, in person, or written letter. The other method is to just give you silent treatment. Silent treatment is still an issue in psychology. Now instead of that, you get the message loud and clear when they unfriend you on Facebook without ever telling you they are angry or do not want to talk to you. Do you find this impersonal? Have you had this happen before how did it make you feel? I'm writing a survey article on this matter for a class and would like your opinions. All are welcome!

Yeah I had it happen to me I was being bullied at school and I decided I had had enough so then I changed my friends all together when my friends at the time who were bullying me found out that I changed friend groups not only did they unfriendly me I found that they would write status about me and sent them to my phone I had one person actualy threaten me all because I didn't want to be Bullied

It really is impersonal I found it extremely difficult there was a time where I even had depression over it.
It no fair to just delete someone with out telling them why. The cases or times when in have had to I have sent them a short message and apologized but I couldn't take it anymore.

I would have a look at sites with cyber bulling cause some sites use this as a sign of bullying

I know what you mean to be honest but there's nothing we can do about it. Sad
