im not sure why it wont let me in i need it or im gonna go to prison over something i didnt do trying to change password wont work

Use this page to regain access to your account: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover

If it was actually hacked Facebook can track what IP addresses had access to your account.
