How to make it so no body can see who I add on Facebook?

Hey, I hate the fact people can when I have added someone it comes up saying ( My name ) is now friends with ( There name ) it is really annoying, is there a way to stop this? Thanks.

Change your privacy settings to "only me"

Under the Recent Activity It Should See Who your Adding To the Right Click on the X Than Click on Block From Posting and it Should Stop Posting Who your Adding to your Facebook Profile
