Is it bad to put a lot of information on social networks?

There are a lot of articles and people saying that you shouldn't put too much information out there. On Facebook they have privacy settings on who can view your information. If you do put some information, is it okay because your settings are put to just friends?

I have already set my privacy settings to friends only.

What are your thoughts?

Just dont, if u have street address or something like that remove it asap, or at least set it to private ( u only ) next thing can be ur phone number, it cant be as bad as address but still if u know all ur friends on facebook then its np, other information type city or where u work are less concerned, and be careful what kind of photos u share also

Yes, but it depends on what information you put on.
I wouldn't wont to give to much information. You know
there are people out there watching. I know, you say
You selected privacy settings. But be your own judge
put as to how much information as you want to give.
