how do i get past facebook name restrictions for a nickname?

My full name is Atul Gandhi but i want my name to be displayed as Dr.Gandhi (with my profession). FB keeps telling me that is not my real name and i can't use it. i've seen some pretty ridiculous facebook names so there must be a way around it. any help much appreciated!

Use "Atul Dr. Gandhi"

The name change limit is 3 times so you should be able to change your name, try another name before adding Dr.
