Any news on the 30 Seconds to Mars and Eminem collaboration?
I know last year around May, Jared Leto talked about wanting to collab with Eminem. But I haven't heard much since and since they both have albums coming out this year, is there a possibility they did make a song together and kept it secret, hopefully?

WHOA WHAT. I didn't know about this. That would be the best song ever. It depends on how he said it, if he just said he'd like to then it was probably just him coming up with ideas that he didn't really have concrete plans to carry out. But it's definitely possible, I think that's what they did with collaborating with Kanye West on Hurricane?

On April 25, 2012, several sites reported on the interview with Jared Leto, that the band would like to collaborate with Eminem. It was later reported on May 3, 2012 on eminemlounge.com.

Since then, I haven't seen any other related reports, announcements, Tweets, or otherwise in regards to this subject.

The biggest announcements have been the upcoming 4th album (no title or release date yet- though the band says they are aiming to release the album by the first half of this year). Also they have been working on a video for this new album (have been posting pics on Instagram and sending tweets). They have redone their official website. And of course the biggest news is the upcoming release of their new single off the 4th album - 'Up In The Air' - which is coming out March 19.

The only other bit of news related to this is very likely that one of the other tracks on the album will be 'Bright Lights Big City'.
Jared stated that the new album will be a big departure from their previous albums - well have to wait to see what he means...hmmm.

If you haven't already joined their official website, joining that & other related sites posted there, like Twitter, are the best ways to get up to date info. Right now they are using the hashtag on Twitter #MARSISCOMING to keep fans up to date on the upcoming video and album.
Their official website can be found at:
