What are different options to pay somebody to be your social media manager? How would you do this?

I was wondering if I were to hire a social media manager how should I go about doing this. I found somebody that I want to hire. But, how should I pay her. Should I pay her hourly, a percentage if she brings a customer in, or do you have some other ideas. This is the first time hiring for this position. So, any help would be awesome! Thank You!

There's no one 'correct' way. You need to find something which works for you both. There should always be some element of pay for success to ensure financial motivation to bring in the custom!
